The last couple of days of hard water fishing has been pretty productive with this new moon. A lot of the fish are starting to move in shallow and getting ready to spawn. The perch and pike I am catching are starting to get full of eggs already; they are heading for the streams entering the lake to lay their eggs. I got my second biggest Pike so far this year was 15 lbs. and the next time out I caught an 8 lb. pike, and the other person with me caught a 5 lb. Large Mouth Bass. The fishing is only going to get better as the days start getting warmer and longer. If you don’t catch fish; I don’t get paid. Good luck to all, Keith.
